Casino Rules

1) General Rules

The casino rules apply to all MOJABET customers. It should be noted that the Casino rules, as displayed here, apply in combination and in no way independently of the terms and rules set out within each Casino game as well as any other MOJABET terms and conditions. The terms and rules contained within the instructions of the Casino games as well as any other MOJABET terms shall prevail over any conflicting provisions set out below.

In MOJABET Casino, players can choose whether they wish to play for real money or just for fun (virtual money). It may be a good idea to start playing for virtual money and then for real money once you are familiar with the software.

MOJABET has the right to add or remove games from its website at its sole discretion.

Players can find the additional terms and rules for each game within the games, which can be accessed without the obligation to place firstly a bet.

In the event of a problem occurring during the game which results in a delay or cancellation of the game, the following applies: MOJABET is not accountable for any period of service interruption, server outages, delays or any technical disruption of the game. MOJABET shall not be liable for any damages or losses attributed or connected to the website or its content: including but not limited to, delays or interruptions in operations or connections, loss or corruption of data, failure to communicate, unacceptable use of the website or its content by any person, any errors or omissions in the content.

In the event of a malfunction in the Casino system, all bets will be void.

If for any reason the player is disconnected from the Casino game, then MOJABET shall not be liable for any loss due to such disconnection. Their account balance shall be recorded, and the outcome of the game is in no way affected by the disconnection.

By placing further bets, the players accept the result of their previous bet. Therefore, at MOJABET’s sole discretion, the result of the previous bet is no longer in question and no refund or compensation will be granted. If players believe that the result of any of the games is incorrect, they should contact MOJABET immediately and state their objection.

In the event of a round’s interruption by a telecommunication system crash, or inability of the users’ computer system to continue the game, the round will be completed and during the process of reopening the system the players can see the result of the game on the respective page of their account. In case the players win, the amount won will be credited directly to their account.

If for any reason the transfer of funds from the game to a player's account is interrupted, then the matter will be investigated in alignment with the game provider and where appropriate the winnings or stake will be returned to the player's account.

Where a communication error/connection failure occurs during a free spin cycle awarded as a result of winning a free spin during the game, the remaining free spins may be lost and any compensation will be awarded at the sole discretion of the company.

In the event that a player remains inactive for thirty (30) minutes while within a game, then the game session will be terminated, and the player will be required to restart a new game.

RTP (Return to Player)

The RTP or Return to Player is a percentage that must be present in the information menu of every online game. Essentially, this percentage determines the share (%) of a game's total wagering that will be returned to players (as winnings) and the amount that will be returned as legitimate winnings to the online Casino. Odd - Even: Another betting option that covers 18 of the 37 total numbers. Bet on odd or even numbers and if the players win, it pays x2 the value of their bet.

To determine the lucky number of each hand, the dealer rotates the Roulette wheel in one direction while pushing the ball in the opposite direction, enhancing the solvency and randomness of the outcome.

As it spins, the speed of the ball gradually decreases, stopping randomly in one of the 37 available sections (European Roulette - French Roulette). If American Roulette has been selected, the available sections are 38 (including 00). Once the spin is complete, the winnings are distributed and the bets are reopened, signaling the start of the new round. In addition to Roulettes that follow the official number order, there are some tables with different variations.

Betting rules

On each table there is a minimum and maximum bet which may also vary depending on the type of bet the player is betting (ex. different maximum bet on single number versus a black - red bet).

Bets are placed by players only in the time frame allowed by the dealer. At most Live Roulette tables, bets from other players are not displayed so as not to confuse the player, creating a personalized experience.

The ball stops on a number declaring it as winning and the game stops until all bets are settled. The dealer then declares the start of the next round.

Lastly, In Live Roulette category there are tables that may contain additional multipliers or other features, creating some differences compared to the classic versions. 4b) Live Blackjack

Available Moves

Each player can choose to make one of the following 4 moves when their turn comes:

Pull: They can draw a card to try to get as close as possible to a value of 21.

Stand: May stop without drawing another card.

Double: The player may, by doubling the value of their bet, draw only one card and must stop.

Split: If players have cards of the same rank in their first 2 cards, they can double their bet by splitting their cards, thus creating 2 hands (if Split is made on two Aces then they cannot draw more than one card in each hand).

If the dealer's first up card is an Ace, then they can choose the insurance option, ex. doubling their bet to gamble on the possibility of the dealer creating a blackjack (21 with 2 cards).

If the players bust (have a card total greater than 21) their bet is immediately lost. Otherwise, they wait for the round to be completed until the dealer displays the value of the cards and a comparison is made.

There are usually specific rules that define where the dealer stops (ex. they stop on 17 while they are required to draw on 16), creating a fair and clear game for the players. Every time the value of the players’ cards beats the dealer's, the players win the value of their bet, and if they hit a Blackjack, they win x2.5 their bet.

Live Blackjack is offered in several variations. Some tables offer a variety of outside bets, others have special multipliers while others apply a 3-card buster for the dealer. 4c) Live Baccarat

The dealer must have a card value of 0, 1, 2 or 3.

The dealer must have a total value of 4 and the player must have a value of 2,3,4,5,6 or 7.

The dealer must have a total value of 5 and the player must have a value of 4, 5, 6 or 7.

If the dealer has a total value of 6 and the player has a value of 6 or 7.

The value of the cards differs. Ace has a value of 1, from 2 to 9 each card has its face value and 10 and the figures have a value of 0.

If players bet correctly then they can win up to x2 their bet. In addition to the basic bets, they can place more complex ones and chase higher multipliers.
